Staging Start to Finish


Vacant Staging

For homes that are completely vacant of furnishings and occupants.

Step #1
We Meet

Meet with a designer at the location to go over your desired design objectives to best showcase the home.

Step #2
We Prepare

We will provide a proposal specific to your design objectives.

Step #3
Stage Day

Our designer and team install all furniture and decor.

Step #4 
All Done

Once given written notice we schedule a time within seven days to remove all furnishings.

Occupied Consultations 

For homes still occupied by the sellers and their furnishings, let us come in and stage using what is already on-site! The cost within the local Sacramento area is $225 for the first hour and $100 for every hour after the first, payable by check or cash at the time of the consultation. We can help with any of the following:

  • Rearrangement of lighter furniture items & home decor

  • Art Hanging

  • Recommendations as to items the seller can remove and/or purchase
